 Teresa empowers women to take control of their lives, restore balance, and improve their health through a holistic, science-backed approach focused on lifestyle management and behavior change. Passionate about preventative healthcare, she specializes in hormonal health, chronic disease management, and stress resilience, helping women build sustainable habits that support both physical and emotional well-being. By providing the right tools, guidance, and strategies, Teresa enables women to develop confidence, resilience, and lasting change, creating a healthier, more fulfilling life on their own terms 

Damien

  

As Head Coach at Mind and Movement, Damien helps individuals build strength, confidence, and long-term resilience through a tailored, results-driven approach. With expertise in strength training, functional movement , and performance coaching, he supports clients in developing sustainable habits that enhance both physical and mental well-being. His personalized approach ensures that every fitness plan is tailored to meet each individual’s needs, no matter their fitness level or health background Damien’s coaching philosophy is about more than just exercise—it’s about empowering individuals to move better, feel stronger, and create lasting change for a healthier, more balanced life.
